DFI 6x0.024 SAC Remanufactured Injectors
Our DFI 6x0.024 SAC Remanufactured Injectors are built using genuine Bosch injector bodies and premium Bosch components. Every injector is professionally remanufactured, precision-balanced, and flow-matched to ensure consistent fuel delivery and dependable performance.
These injectors are intended for dedicated competition and extreme horsepower applications. With approximately 500+ horsepower worth of fuel available, they are designed for trucks equipped with heavily modified engines, large single or compound turbochargers, and properly matched fuel systems. A minimum 13mm injection pump is recommended, with larger pumps preferred to take full advantage of their fuel capacity.
While they can be driven on the street with the proper supporting modifications, these injectors are best suited for race trucks and serious performance builds where maximum fuel delivery is required. Proper tuning, adequate airflow, a high-performance lift pump, and a built transmission are strongly recommended.
These injectors can be set to either VP44 or P7100 opening pressures depending on your application.
Optional XL Feed Passages are available for customers looking to maximize fuel delivery. This modification enlarges the internal fuel passages within the injector body, allowing greater fuel volume to reach the nozzle. XL Feed Passages are recommended only for extreme horsepower applications using 13mm injection pumps or larger.
